Romans 8:26: "Likewise, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words."
If you need any support services, here are some resources that can help. But remember that going to God first is what you should do if you're really struggling.
Emergency services are important if you or someone you know is at immediate risk or harm to themselves or others!
Unexpected or Unprepared Pregnancy
You are not alone in facing this, even if you feel alone or unable to support a child due to a lack of money or maturity. Remember, the God of the universe chose you to be the mother of this baby. Do not be afraid of not being able to support this person. You were not chosen for no reason.
If you need particular support, please contact the support service as linked below.
abuse support (for women)
It is never acceptable for a partner to harm their spouse. Men are commanded by God to love their wives. Assault is not in Ephesians 5:25: Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave Himself up for her. Pray God gives you what you need; he is your provider and Father. If you are a victim of abuse. If you are in the following countries, here are different support sites with a quick exit option. If you are not in the following countries or areas, look up your local DV support services. Be sure to use Incognito mode before pressing the bottom link to different services.

abuse support (for minors)
First of all, pray and recognise it's not a sin to report dangerously violent or predatory adults to the police, even though they are your parents. There are support services available, usually rather easy to access. Pray for your parents and know that you don't need to report them yourself, the school counsellor or a teacher will do it for you. If you do not attend school, you can easily Google the terms below. In incognito mode, DO NOT do it without incognito mode and closing tabs after! "Are my parents abusive?" or "How to report child abuse"
Be sure to use Incognito mode
Self-harm and suicide
Self-harm is not the answer; I'm sure you have heard it a lot. It's probably tiring, but maybe it's addictive, or you don't know what else works. What about prayer, though? Instead of going to your room with a blade, go into your room and pray about it, cast your pain onto God and tell him how you feel and why you are hurting, why you feel this and ask God to help. Ask the Holy Spirit to comfort you instead. You are not a burden to God; you are his dearly loved child, for whom he suffered agony and died. And suicide will only push your pain onto others around you. But if you're feeling suicidal, use the resources below again. Pray about it. Your suicidal thoughts can be demonic attacks that you can cast out and say, "Get behind me, satan, I command you in the name of Jesus to leave me alone!"
If you have a plan to hurt yourself, please contact emergency services!

Depression
If you have been struggling with depression, you can bring it up in prayer, knowing that God is with you in hard times. I would suggest praying and remembering that the enemy is real and attacks people, shooting fire arrows of lies, such as "I'm worthless, a failure or unloved" I would suggest, when these thoughts happen to come up, have a scripture to combat it.
The worst thing you can do is stay in bed all day. Tips for what helped me overcome depression that I have had since I was 7 years old. It will come soon in an article. I would recommend talking to God about how you feel, remembering that feelings are often untrustworthy. You can also seek a psychologist, as well. Remember that you can get better.
Eating disorder
Being a young woman, it is easy to be caught up in what we are told we are supposed to look like, me included, sometimes, to be honest. However, God doesn't want you to take dangerous measures to fit in. If you are starving yourself to lose weight or purging, or hating your body, remember, “I praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Marvellous are Your works, and I know this very well.” Psalm 139:14 Fearfully made means God was locked in on every detail, making you, he never looked at you and thought you looked different.
If you binge, also remember that "you do not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own." 1 Corinthians 6:19 you were bought at a price that has infinite value, the blood of Jesus, who died for you. If you think you may have an eating disorder, I encourage you to see a doctor, as a cardiac arrest can happen very suddenly when underweight. Please see a doctor if you think you might have an ED: anorexia, bulimia, BED
Poverty
If you are below the poverty line, which is different depending on the country, there are often different supports you can get per country. Food banks, for example, and government agencies can help; sometimes, reaching out to your church and family is needed. Pray about it and don't be ashamed to ask for help if you need it.
Homelessness
If you are homeless, it is important as a woman to quickly find a women's shelter, Google any women's shelters and get off the streets. DO NOT TOUCH DRUGS TO HELP YOU SLEEP OR BE AWAKE OR FOR ANY REASON! Narcotics will get you addicted and hinder future job options; you will make things way harder.
Stay in prayer, even if it hurts and you feel broken and defeated, know God has not and will never leave you. He has a plan for you, even in this situation. Read the story of Job. Keep your life free from the love of money. Be satisfied with what you have, for he himself has said, I will never leave you or abandon you. Hebrews 13:5
Trauma
After dealing with a severe situation such as war, abuse, rape, natural disasters, and many other tragedies. Sometimes ptsd, survivor's guilt or trauma can occur. When this happens, it is very important to find a faith-based therapist and run towards God himself for support and healing. Keeping this to yourself won't help you.
2 Corinthians 12:9 states: "But He said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is perfected in weakness.' Therefore, I will boast all the more gladly in my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest on me."
